Hailo is an innovative mobile app that allows passengers to digitally “hail” their bus in real time directly from their smartphone. The technology gives customers greater confidence while travelling by alerting drivers that a passenger is waiting at a stop and notifying them if additional assistance may be required, such as wheelchair ramp deployment or extra boarding time.
