New Transport Victoria Branding
You’ll start seeing our buses with the new Transport Victoria logo as PTV merges into a single transport brand. Operator logos are being removed, replaced with a clean, bold block‑letter design for a simpler, unified look.

Free Weekend Travel for Carers
Premier Jacinta Allan has announced free weekend public transport for Carers and Disability Support Pensioners across Victoria, starting 1 February 2026.

The Allan Government introduced this initiative to make travel more accessible and affordable for those who rely on public transport the most. Carer Card holders and DSP recipients can simply use their myki on weekends, with fares automatically waived when carrying concession ID.

Victoria is making it easier than ever for carers and people with disability support needs to get around.

Free Travel for Youth and Seniors from 1 January 2026

From 1 January 2026, all Victorians under 18 can get a free Youth myki, giving unlimited travel on trains, trams, and buses across Victoria — including in non-myki areas. Victorian Seniors Card holders with a Seniors myki will also enjoy free weekend travel statewide, while existing weekday discounts remain. Other concession discounts will continue for eligible card holders. Find out more.

This ANZAC Day, Ventura was proud to provide safe and reliable charter transport across Melbourne, helping the community honour Australia’s servicemen and women.

  • School students were transported to the city to participate in the ANZAC Day march.
  • RSL Club members travelled with us to the Frankston War Memorial to pay tribute to veterans.
  • Australian Air Force Cadets were transported to the Melton Civic Centre for their local march.
  • Ventura also supported the armed forces, running multiple charters to Melbourne CBD and the MCG for the traditional ANZAC Day AFL game.

ANZAC Day holds deep significance for Ventura. Our founder, Henry Cornwall, served proudly as a digger, and his values of service, respect, and community continue to guide our work today.

We are honoured to play a role in this meaningful day, providing professional, reliable transport solutions for those who serve, remember, and support.

Change Makers
Ventura was proud to be part of the Change Makers event at Karralyka in Ringwood, showcasing how accessible, inclusive transport can transform lives.
Our team brought along one of our low-floor accessible buses to demonstrate the features that support passengers with disabilities — including the kneeling function, priority seating, dedicated next-stop buttons, and clear video and audio announcements that make travelling easier and more confident for everyone.

At Ventura, we’re committed to making public transport welcoming, safe, and accessible for all.

Safety Champions
At Ventura, safety isn’t just a rule — it’s part of our culture. Every team member is empowered to look out for each other and make safety a priority, every day.

As part of National Work Safe Month, we’re proud to celebrate two team members nominated by their colleagues for putting safety at the heart of everything we do:
  • Dave Gardner (Rosebud depot) — for leading with safety and supporting wellbeing
  • Shaun Staggard (Monbulk depot) — for his dedication to depot safety and care for fellow drivers
Thank you for helping us get everyone home safely everyday!
