Ventura supports Women’s Health Week across Melbourne depots

Share

Ventura recently celebrated Women’s Health Week, bringing our people together through activities focused on health, wellbeing, confidence and connection.

Across several Ventura depots in Melbourne, team members took part in Women’s Health Week walks, providing an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, get moving and connect with colleagues.

At our Moorabbin depot, a Mindful Movement session encouraged participants to slow down, move and take some time to focus on their wellbeing.

Our Dandenong team also hosted a Self-Defence & Situational Awareness session, giving participants practical skills and strategies designed to build confidence and personal safety awareness.

Women’s Health Week is an important reminder to make time for physical and mental health, while also encouraging conversations about wellbeing in the workplace.

At Ventura, supporting the health and wellbeing of our people is an important part of creating a safe, positive and supportive workplace.

Activities like Women’s Health Week are another way we can bring our people together, start important conversations and encourage everyone across our business to make their health and wellbeing a priority.
